The Green City Baoye Jade Garden is located in the famous villa area of Shaoxing - Kuaiji Mountain Resort Scenic Area, about 5 kilometers away from the city center. The southwest of the plot is adjacent to the Kuaiji Mountains, which are both famous for its culture and nature. To the east is the 72 pole Baoye Golf Course, and to the east and north are the Ruoye Creek, which has left many poetic and literary praises in history.

The project is surrounded by water on three sides, with developed internal water systems. The entire community is in a peninsula like state, with excellent privacy. The project opened in June 2009 with the first phase of the Garden Mansion.
